No-nonsense nachos

Crispy corn chips loaded with deliciously spicy minced pork and red kidney beans, cheese, salsa, avocado and sour cream. A real crowd pleaser. Brown minced pork with onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Add fresh chilli, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes before adding tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, meat stock and drained red kidney beans. Simmer slowly until thick and flavourful while you prepare the other elements and assemble the nachos before it goes under a red-hot grill.
