Crispy Pork Schnitzel Strips

Crispy Pork Schnitzel Strips


  • 500g pork loin strips
  • 2 cups cornflakes, ground into crumbs
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon BBQ spice of choice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Milk, for dipping
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Tomato ketchup, for serving


Prepare the Coating: Mix the cornstarch with the BBQ spice, salt, and black pepper. Roll the pork strips in the cornstarch mixture, dip in milk, and roll in the ground cornflake crumbs.

Cook the Pork Strips: Preheat the air fryer. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the coated pork strips on it. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Air fry until crispy and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
